Booking Procedure Guidelines
Coed Hills Rural Artspace has the ability to host many types of event; from conferences, courses, retreats, weddings, workshops, ceremonies, private functions, and small festivals. They can be a single day or residential over a period of days. We have indoor and outdoor spaces that can be used for events or accommodation, and can provide entertainment, refreshments, catering as required.Click here to download the Event Proposal Form
In order to make your booking run as smoothly as possible, there are some guidelines that we ask you to follow please.
Coed Hills can provide you with the following:
- The venue for your event/ course
- Course leaders, on request
- Advertisement of your flier on our website
- Catering, on request
We ask you to kindly abide by the following:
- To provide your own advertisement and all other marketing materials
- To pay an agreed deposit on confirmation of the booking of your event/course
- Any additional work carried out for your event by Coedsters will be chargable. Please contact us for more details.
Coed Hills is very flexible, and there is a great skill resource amongst members of the community. We are open to suggestions and will strive to accommodate your needs.
