3pm Astroshamanic Trance Dance with Dave Mountjoy - £10 / £5
An opportunity to align with and explore the direct and pioneering energy of Aries and honour both the beginning of Spring and the rebirth of the zodiac cycle. The arrival of Spring signifies the entry into the element of Fire and the Spiritual Realm and is a period most suitable for the planting of precious inner seeds.

An opening healing ritual will be followed by the trance dance. Combining the sound of a range of percussion instruments with electronic music delivered through a sound system, the ultimate purpose of the dance is to let go so totally that nothing exists but the dance itself – no ‘I’ or ‘me’ or ‘self’, just the dance. In this state, when the dancer is danced by the dance, ecstatic healing and transformational experiences are possible, as perception expands into non-ordinary states of consciousness.
